EDUCATION
The Region offers a number of on-line and live training courses (U08, U10 & U12) for you to get certified as well as providing access to a number of Area and Section Training Courses in order to complete your Intermediate and  Advanced certifications.

TRAINING
Need training ideas for your U10 team? How about some stretching exercises that are specific to soccer? 

NUTRITION / HYDRATION
Can a player hydrate by drinking immediately before the match? What about snack for after the game?

FALL SEASON PROGRAM (FSP) 
Our primary program is the Fall season - click to find out about the premier recreation soccer program in La Mirada! The season runs from August thru December and includes a Regional Tournament for U08 - U14 Divisions. Divisions start with U5 and go all the way to U19 for ages from 4yrs to 18yrs!


AREA PLAYOFF PROGRAM (APP)
The playoffs for our primary Fall Season Program - click to find out about the premier recreation soccer playoff program in La Mirada! The playoffs for the top two teams in Divisions U10, U12 & U14 run following our Fall season from January thru March for Area/Section/State/National Playoffs with teams playing on Saturdays.

ALL-STAR PROGRAM (ASP)
La Mirada Region 22 presents an "All-Star" lineup of soccer enthusiasts players, parents and coaches. This is our secondary program during the Fall Season to provide an extra measure of competition to those selected in Divisions U10, U12 & U14. The All-Star playoffs run following our Fall season and parallel the Area Playoff Program from January thru March for Area/Section/State/National Playoffs with teams playing on Sundays.


SPRING SELECT PROGRAM (SSP)
The premier "off season" program for the player (and coach) who just can't get enough soccer! Approved coaches select players to participate in our spring program.  As there are limited teams, half the games are at home (Benton Field) and half the games are travel to other Area regions (Los Alamitos, Garden Grove, La Habra, Whittier, etc).  The Spring Select Season follows our Area Playoff Program and All-Star Programs starting in March and ending in early June with teams playing on Saturdays.
